AyushMed Healthcare Hosts 2nd Wellness Session for RWA Press Enclave, Saket Residents
After the overwhelming success of the first Wellness Health Camp for the residents of RWA Press Enclave, Saket, AyushMed Healthcare took its wellness initiative a step further by organizing a second community session — a Training Session on Open Gym Equipment and Physiotherapy Consultation.
This follow-up initiative aimed to educate residents on safe and effective ways to exercise using open gym equipment while introducing them to the practical benefits of physiotherapy in maintaining strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Led by AyushMed Healthcare’s Physiotherapy Consultants, Dr Hisham Abdullah Khan and Dr Pragati Pathak, the session combined expert guidance with hands-on demonstrations. Residents learned proper exercise techniques, correct posture, and stretching routines designed to make their workouts both safe and beneficial.
The interactive and engaging atmosphere encouraged participants to ask questions, receive personalised feedback, and gain a clearer understanding of how physiotherapy can enhance their fitness and daily well-being.
Following the first event’s positive reception, this second session further strengthened the partnership between AyushMed Healthcare and RWA Press Enclave, Saket, reflecting a shared goal — to empower residents with the knowledge and confidence to lead healthier, more active lifestyles.
